The Fine Print
Event Time Frames:
Food and liquor must be finalized seven (7) days prior to the event. The final count of guests must be confirmed two (2) days prior to the event. The final count is the amount the bill will reflect. If additional guests attend, a per person charge will be applied, but the number will not decrease. $100 for each additional hour added on to the event, no discounts for less time. You will be allowed to enter the room a half-hour before the event starts and your time frame begins to decorate. Early guests will be asked to wait at the bar until the event begins.
Deposit:
A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to hold the date. This deposit will be deducted from the final bill.
General:
Any food remaining from an event is not allowed to leave the premises. There will be an 8.75% sales tax and a 20% gratuity added to the final bill. Outside food is prohibited in banquet facilities. The sole exception to this is the specialty cake on which there is a $25 fee for cutting and service. No glitter or confetti is permitted; if glitter or confetti is brought in a $200 clean-up fee will be assessed.

Alcohol
A fee of $15 will be assessed for each bottle of wine brought in. The opening of any other outside alcohol is prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse alcoholic beverages to anyone. We comply with New York State Liquor Authority and cannot serve alcohol to anyone under 21 years of age. Shots are prohibited during banquet events.
